We’re launching “Land as Relative”, a QTBIPOC-led farm cohort with Ceiba Arbor grounded in food sovereignty, skill shares, and land stewardship.

PROGRAMMING BEGINS MARCH 30th

Participants will move through the core elements of small-scale food and cut-flower production, from seeding and field work to harvesting, processing, and distribution, with an emphasis on land stewardship, sustainability, and community care.

This is a paid opportunity that includes:
Bi-monthly, in-person sessions at Ceiba Arbor Farm


Priority will be given to QTBIPOC+ applicants.
