Why Ceiba Valley Farm
Ceiba Valley Farm is pleased to be a local, queer producer of cut flowers, fruits & vegetables in New London County.
Our fields are hand-cultivated and low-till with legacy in mind--always Organic Amendments; never Chemicals, purposefully regenerative.
The farm also serves as a sanctuary space and a community resource for QTBIPOC growers in a region dominated by White farmers.
Purpose
Food is a universal language–growing it as a form of resistance is our ancestral legacy, and our main tool for collective liberation. We envision a metamorphosis of the food system where people are empowered participants of their food system, the soil is thriving, and no-waste practices are abundant.
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.
