Our Programming

We connect communities to what's happening on the land at Ceiba Valley Farm through programming across New York and Connecticut. Our programs include workshops, panels, and gatherings that follow the farm's seasonal cycles: winter planning, spring seeding, summer growing, and fall harvesting.

We aim to create space for QTBIPOC communities to explore their relationship to land, creativity, and collective care. Our events function as fundraisers to sustain the farm while building community through practices that honor what we grow, what we make, and how we care for each other.

Interested in partnership or land use?

We're intentional about how we grow partnerships at Ceiba Valley Farm.
Here are three ways to work with us:

    • We assign a staff liaison and provide property access

    • We'll list your event on our calendar & in our newsletter

    • We ask that our logo be included on all event materials

    • A port-o-potty rental is the responsibility of the renter — our farmers live on the land and the farmhouse and its bathroom are private and not part of any rental or event space

    • All of our other beautiful spaces are yours to use and enjoy

Best for self-organized gatherings that just need a beautiful place to land.

    • Ceiba Valley Farm leads on venue, marketing, and ticketing

    • Responsibilities and ticket revenue are shared

    • You keep profits from any goods you sell

    • All of our other beautiful spaces are yours to use and enjoy

Best when we're both invested in creating something new.

    • Ceiba Valley Farm holds the programming, staffing, and logistics

    • Collaborators are compensated through stipend, resources, or barter

Best for guest facilitators, performers, or contributors who align with our vision.
